VENICE, FLORIDA – Fishman & Associates recently contributed to the successful development of the new Atlanta Braves Spring Training Home in North Port, Florida. The company assisted the Braves organization with food and beverage service equipment design, specifications, coordination of Health Department approval, and support for equipment installation. The 8,000 fan capacity stadium known as CoolToday Park offers multiple food and beverage service options.
Fishman & Associates is currently working with the Braves’ organization on their new Player Academy set to open on site in the fall of 2019. The facility will be the nucleus of the Braves’ player development. The 90-seat dining facility will feature a new commercial kitchen and servery providing three meals a day seven days a week.
