We have worked hand in hand with First Watch Restaurants, Inc to develop design standards and equipment criteria specific to their unique operation. 

Our services to First Watch Franchisees will include complete kitchen design, seating layout, and specification of kitchen equipment using First Watch's established criteria. We will provide a food service equipment package consisting of First Watch tested and approved equipment. Also included is a complete seating package in First Watch approved finishes.

Our excellent service does not end after the delivery and setting in place of your equipment. We also provide service after the sale! We coordinate and track the service on kitchen equipment and furniture for the term of the manufacturer's warranty.

CAD Design Services Include:

• Complete design, layout, and specification of your kitchen equipment using First Watch's established criteria.

• Mechanical schedule specifying utility requirements.

• Dimensioned plumbing, gas and electrical connection plan drawings.

• Equipment specifications book.

Project Management Services Include:

• A dedicated Project Manager and single point of contact for Franchisees.

• A customer service team of at least four associates trained and experienced in First Watch standards and ready to assist.

• Open lines of communication and coordination with the Franchisee's Project Manager and General Contractor.

• Restaurant equipment and seating cost budgeting.

• Itemized equipment and seating package with special pricing offered exclusively to First Watch and First Watch Franchisees.

• Equipment delivery and set in place service according to First Watch standards.

Support and Warranty Services Include:

• Warranty and service support for all equipment and furniture that we sell.

• A dedicated Service Associate who will ensure that any service challenge is handled quickly and efficiently. 

• Maintained and detailed service and warranty records on all equipment that we sell.
